Purchased in 2020, we bought this mill as another step in our mission to improve machining capabilities and to shorten cycle times on existing jobs with its faster rapids and through spindle coolant capabilities, meaning better prices and quality for our customers. The work envelope for this machine is 30” long (X) and 15” wide (Y) and 12” tall (Z). We have a quality selection of metrology equipment at our disposal for checking dimensional tolerances up to 3.00” +/- .0002” and up to 8” +/-.001”. Should a job require additional measuring capabilities we will make sure we have the correct equipment on hand to ensure part conformance.

We purchased this turning center in 2021 to replace our existing lathe and add one and done capability to our shop and to improve part consistency and reliability of unattended operations. Excellent for mid volume turning jobs with bar work up to 2.500” in diameter and non bar work up to 14” in diameter.
